Thyme Catering, Marriott Hotel and the Amway Grand Plaza.
All of the staff at The Ridge Catering are professionals and

of our staff is to pamper our guests from their arrival to

world for over fifteen years. Linda has learned the
majority of her expertise at Amway Grand Plaza Hotel.
From planning to execution the most exciting portion
of her job is connecting with clients and making their

Chef Jill Scheidel is a 17-year
food service veteran and provides all of our clients
with a meal they're sure to remember. Jill has trained
under the area’s finest chefs, and her wide range
of abilities allows her to prepare meals for every type
of event – from casual outings to elegant sit-down
dinners. |
